3 Latest amendment of May 2011 Major difference from previous legislations: Mandatory electronic filing of land register applications : Electronic filing by qualified users (notary, lawyers) internal procedures managed electronically digital certification (for authorisation and digital signature)

4 Latest amendment of May 2011 Other major differences from previous legislations: the basic unit is real estate no more territorial jurisdiction changes in the decision – making procedures entries in the e-Land Register - after the final case insights in the e-Land Register - free of charge banns and the procedures are published via e-Land Register
