3 Confidential 2009 Priority Focus Areas Year 1 (March – December)  Field visits to all 17 Sections  Implement a multi-cultural market plan that leverages diversity to generate “meaningful” revenue.  Develop a “Diversity Scorecard” for all managers.  Relaunch “DEUCE”.  Establish a Nationwide Diversity Advisory Council  Redesign the Diversity Curriculum.  Develop a national strategic partnership model that connects targeted ethnic groups with USTA.  Redesign the current supplier diversity model.  Create and Host a “Diversity Summit”
