Confidential 2009 Priority Focus Areas Year 1 (March – December) Field visits to all 17 Sections Implement a multi-cultural market plan that leverages diversity to generate “meaningful” revenue. Develop a “Diversity Scorecard” for all managers. Relaunch “DEUCE”. Establish a Nationwide Diversity Advisory Council Redesign the Diversity Curriculum. Develop a national strategic partnership model that connects targeted ethnic groups with USTA. Redesign the current supplier diversity model. Create and Host a “Diversity Summit”
