Implementation of River Information System on the Bulgarian Part of Danube - BulRIS System Components - ERI Allows simplification of cross border procedures Functions: Data exchange between vessel and competent authorities Available via web application Access according to the user rights Users: Vessel parties Competent authorities Compliant with European and international standards Подготвителни дейности, свързани с документация на проектите, тръжни процедури и др. Подготвителни дейности основно включват следното: • Изготвяне на доклад за цялостно състояние на системата след изпълнението на първите две фази и актуализация на системния дизайн. • Изготвяне на необходимите референтни условия - техническо задание за изготвяне на: проект, тръжна документация и технически спецификации за VTMIS - Фаза 3 по радиотехническата и информационната компонента. • Подготовка на необходимата документация за строителната компонента от трета фаза - изграждане на нови сгради за управление на трафика (трафик-кули) в пристанищните райони на Варна и Бургас. За извършване на проектирането на трафик-кулата във Варна е издадена е заповед на Кмета на община Варна за изработване на ПУП. В момента са правят постъпки за преиздаване на заповедта и промяна на титуляра й – от ИА „МА” на ДП „ПИ”. Подготвя се процедура за избор на проектант за изработване на ПУП. 5. За извършване на проектирането на трафик-кулата в Бургас е издадена виза за проектиране от Главния архитект на Община Бургас. В момента са правят постъпки за промяна на титуляра на визата, както и на собствеността на терена – от ИА „МА” на ДП „ПИ”. след което ще се извършат реални действия по проектиране. Подготвя се процедура за избор на проектант за изработване на проекта на сградата. 6. Завършен е съвместен проект с ИАМА за мониторинг на хидрометео обстановката по черноморското крайбрежие. Този проект има многоцелево приложение освен за нуждите на корабоплаването.
