3. Agriculture  Agriculture is either raring livestock and/or planting crops.  There are 2 type of agriculture, commercial agriculture and subsistence agriculture.  Commercial agriculture: Planting crops for business  Subsistence agriculture: Planting crops for self supply.

Slavery  In the past, immigrants were brought overseas to be sold as slaves for farming.  Slavery is no longer used now, in fact slavery is now illegal.  Slavery was very common around the 18 hundreds.  Slavery was not as critical or serious until there was “black” slavery which then led to people thinking of racial discrimination.
