6 6 Codes 91 and 92  Code 91 means the USPS ® NCOA Link® database contained both a record with an unnecessary secondary, as provided by the customer, and a street level record which provided the match to the input with no secondary.  Code 92 means the USPS ® NCOA Link database contained only one record with no secondary and the input record contained an unnecessary secondary that was dropped to make the match. Secondaries cannot be dropped on both the Input and Master files to generate a match.
