2 Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board Staff Goals We will work to meet CEO and MVWIB goals and be on the cutting edge of workforce development practices, with an appetite for innovation, high standards, and application of data analysis. We will constantly seek to improve upon customer-driven development strategies within the parameters of WIA and all applicable laws. Our work will be responsive to customer and partner goals, efficiently address ongoing and emerging challenges, and help align partners towards improving this region’s business and employment outcomes.
