Notes to Proposal/Briefer Process Colors indicate responsible parties as follows: »Green:Sales »Yellow:Briefer or CIS VP »Blue:Intel Team Business Development Will Draft All Estimates and Proposals –Briefer must review/approve EO. V.P. CIS, Analysts, and CFO Will Check Price and Review/Approve All Estimates. NO PRICES WILL BE GIVE TO CUSTOMER BEFORE THIS PROCESS IS COMPLETE. Proposals will be issued in a standard Stratfor Proposal template and will be reviewed by editors and/or writers prior to release V.P. CIS, Analysts, CEO, and CFO Will Review/Approve All Proposals. No Activation order will be issued without a signed Proposal and receipt of down payment. No work will commence without an official Activation Order
