Opportunities There are many opportunities across campus can benefit from IT@OSU Efficiency: Flip IT investment toward faculty-focused services Email: We started with 135 systems, now down to 50 and still consolidating. Effectiveness: Easy access to powerful tools for teaching, learning, and research. Digital First: providing faculty the opportunity to offer engaging digital learning content to students. Collaboration Services: we will be focused on providing more and stronger services Risk: Enabling safe worldwide collaboration. Security: Protecting your intellectual capital.

Benefits We all benefit from the IT@OSU approach Move College & Department IT investment from core services (email, networks, etc) to technology that facilitates the academic pursuits of faculty. Help faculty be EVEN MORE productive in research, teaching, and outreach. Increase cross-university and cross-department collaboration. Collaboration with other institutions. Protect faculty research and intellectual capital from global threats.
