3. Mission  To encourage and support new and existing local Friends groups  To facilitate the exchange of useful information among organizations of Friends  To advocate for excellent library services

4. Key Activities  Newsletter - quarterly  Facebook page  Awards & grants  Conference programs  Webpage  Startup kits  Merchandise – license plates & tote bags  Consultation

5. Organization Executive Board – meets quarterly  Four officers  Regional Trustees  Members at large  Special Board members THIS IS THE FULL BOARD!!!
