PI submits “ready-to-submit” application to eRS with guidelines Reviewed by School, SOM Finance, ORDS, ComplianceRequested Changes Made ORDS Approves & Submits (if required)

Submit 2 full business days prior to deadline Example: If multi-institutional, submit 5 days in advance ALWAYS upload the guidelines Application should be in complete form Use eRS as grant file from the beginning
