Ashling Communications Survey Overview The salary ranges were from 21K+ (part - time) to 60K + full- time. 50% of respondents worked part – time and 50% worked full – time. 50% of respondents were married and 50% were single. The educational background ranged from undergraduate degree to masters degree.

Ashling Communications Survey Conclusions Traditional methods of job application. Do not encounter obstacles or barriers to their career development All rate technical / product knowledge as being vital No barriers to job mobility either within or outside the ICT sector.

Ashling Communications Survey Conclusions Non availability of flexible working hours and packages is a barrier to job mobility Sector is attractive as they once found it and are totally satisfied working there. Not encountered discrimination Do not find their gender a disadvantage
