Workshop Mechanics (1) 1.Moderator and Documentor to open Excel file of 2013 Operational Plan 2.Members to familiarize themselves of the column headings of the operational plan 3.Focus on enhancing September to December activities by  continuing activities already done from March to August which are still relevant

Workshop Mechanics (2)  rescheduling activities planned from March to August which have not been implemented and remain to be valid  deleting activities identified in March to be implemented from September to December but are no longer valid  identifying additional activities which are more relevant based on the implementation experiences from March to August

12. Workshop Mechanics (3) 4.Discuss and establish the link of each activity or cluster of activities to the identified process indicators 5.Review gaps in the achievement of the quantitative targets of the core process indicators and address them

13. Workshop Mechanics (4) 6.For each activity, proceed filling out the columns Responsible Persons Type of Contribution and their Sources Collaborators Timeline Remarks 7.Review completeness of the enhanced 2013 operational plan. End session.

14. Workshop Mechanics (5) 8.Moderator and Documentor to open 2014 operational plan (OP) template which looks the same as the 2013 OP template 9. Members to proceed mainly identifying activities which are linked to the eight results, four end of project indicators and core process indicators. End of session.

Workshop Mechanics (6) 10.Transfer 2013 Activities and Collaborators into the presentation template, on pin boards 11.Transfer 2014 activities into the presentation template, on pin boards 12.Presenters to review / familiarize themselves with the two outputs, on pin boards, that they will present during the Bus Stop.
