The interactive video-based curriculum provides youth and adults training in the critical areas of pre-employment (soft skills) that are essential to success in the workplace and the skills employers expect and demand. There are four training modules (Interviewing, Good Work Habits, Getting Along, Getting Ahead) and three game-like simulation modules, for a total of six to eight hours of training. Like TQG’s Lean Six Sigma programs, WinAt- Work automates essential record keeping, performance tracking, and reporting. The list price is $90 per person, before your APN discount. Please invite the appropriate person at your college to view the “demo” at www.winatworkonline.com and to register for one of our weekly webinars. www.winatworkonline.com Contact Carol Dierdorff, 678-244-5393, cdierdorff@thequalitygroup.net.cdierdorff@thequalitygroup.net

Once you’ve created one listing, you’ll have the ability to add a general description that will appear above the class listings and Contact Information that will appear below the listings. Error Reporting/Feedback System The Quality Group’s e-Learning modules have gone through extensive testing by our staff and extensive usage by thousands of students. Even so, you may occasionally find a typo or other small problem, or you may want to provide feedback about how a particular topic is presented. Students often provide feedback by sending an e-mail to the instructor, who forwards it to us. If you’d like a more direct way to contact us with feedback on module content, we can make our Error Reporting/Module Feedback feature available in your portal. When this feature is turned on, it appears within the Toolbox for each module. There’s a field where you can describe the error, ask a question, or provide other feedback. Submitting the form sends it directly to our Client Services department. Depending upon the type of feedback or error, the message might be forwarded to a Subject Matter Expert for clarification or research, or sent directly to a member of the module development team for correction. For a demonstration of this feature, contact Tricia at tberrett@thequalitygroup.net. To have the feature enabled in your e-Learning portal, contact Brian at bwolf@thequalitygroup.net.tberrett@thequalitygroup.net bwolf@thequalitygroup.net
