Rainforest Terrain The terrain of rainforest is flat for most part, but the rainforest floor can get very bumpy because of the roots from all the trees and the many animals feces. There are many rocks in the rain forest.

Temperature The temperature in the rainforest is usaly around 93 degrees F. At night the rain forest temperature can fall below 63 degrees F.

Animals in the rainforest In the rainforest there are many kinds of animals that are of rare species and have crazy patterns. Some examples of Animals are, Frogs, Birds, monkeys, and pretty much anything you can think of.

Plants of the rainforest The rainforest has many types of plants like: Bengal bamboo, Bougainvillea, Curare, and a coconut tree. They survive by all the rain that the forest has and by the many animals.

Human effects on the rainforest The greatest effects on the rainforest is caused by humans. Humans rip down thousands of trees a week from the rainforest for paper, and other wants.

Value of the rainforest The latest statistics show that rainforest land converted to cattle operations yields the land owner $60 per acre and if timber is harvested, the land is worth $400 per acre. However, if these renewable and sustainable resources are harvested, the land will yield the land owner $2,400 per acre.
