4. Law on Commune Health Care § 1-1. (County responsibilities regarding health care) The individual communes shall provide the necessary health services for all individuals residing either permanently or temporarily in that county. § 1-2. (The goal of health services) Commune health care shall promote good health and well- being as well as adequate social and environmental conditions, and aim to prevent and treat disease, injury or bodily defect.
