10 Outcomes Increased confidence and knowledge amongst staff. Improved level of assistance offered to library users. Increased use of digital library services, inc. eBooks, eAudio and online resources. Increased and consistent use of social media to promote all library services.

12 Future Plans Share model with other authorities. Develop Moodle into staff wiki. Incorporate competencies into performance reviews and future recruitment. Roll out taster sessions for visually impaired.
