PTCS Ground Source Heat Pump Upgrade of air-source heat pump to a ground source heat pump base case become ineligible for reimbursement The conversion of an electric forced air furnace to a ground source heat pump will be eligible New ENERGY STAR Site-Built Homes (Oregon) Oregon ENERGY STAR Homes half or full basement and crawlspace measures will be retired and replaced with updated ENERGY STAR home measures Reminder: Please review the April 2011 IM for negative changes taking effect October 1, 2011.
