5.  1 Primary Composition Notebook (marble looking)  4 boxes of crayola crayons (8 basic colors only)  4 packages of large glue sticks  2 plastic folders w/pockets at bottom (1 red; 1 blue)  2 boxes of Kleenex  1 pair of scissors  2 rolls of paper towels  1 container of baby wipes  2 bottles of germ-x  1 bottle Elmer's glue  1 package of index cards  Complete change of clothes in a gallon size zip-lock baggie with child's name on it.  Boys Bring: sandwich size zip-lock bags (1 box)  Girls Bring: gallon size zip-lock bags (1 box)
