All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 2 Introduction VUI directory handler accepts spoken input for a name or an arbitrary sequence of digits User is prompted to disambiguate and confirm match System transfers to the object for a name match System dials the sequence of digits for an extension match Restriction tables apply when trying to dial an extension match

All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 3 Speech Confidence Threshold Configured on each VUI directory handler Values range from 0 to 100 (default is 10) Lower values will return more name matches Higher values will return less name matches Tune lower if the list consistently does not include the user’s target Tune higher if the list consistently includes many extraneous names
