Shuttle bus information Village Route (BLUE) 60 minutes round trip Buses provide transportation between Canyon View Information Plaza, Yavapai Point, hotels, restaurants, gift shops, campgrounds, parking lots, and other facilities in the Village area. This is not a scenic route, but rim views are available a short walk from many stops. It may be the best way to get to many of the ranger programs. 9. Visitors Center Information (South Rim) Canyon View Information Plaza Canyon View Information Plaza Visit the Grand Canyon South Rim and learn more of the culture that lies behind the South Rim. It is only accessible by free shuttle bus, a one-mile walk or bicycle ride from Market Plaza on the Greenway Trail, or a short walk from Mather Point. The Visitor Center is open everyday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The bookstore will also be open from 8:00am to 6:00 pm.

The North Rim Visitor Center has information about the center, maps and the historical brochures and exhibits. North Rim will be closed by the fall time.
