Shuttle bus information Village Route (BLUE) 60 minutes round trip Buses provide transportation between Canyon View Information Plaza, Yavapai Point, hotels, restaurants, gift shops, campgrounds, parking lots, and other facilities in the Village area. This is not a scenic route, but rim views are available a short walk from many stops. It may be the best way to get to many of the ranger programs. June, July, and August buses run: Every 30 minutes from 4:15 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Every 15 minutes from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Every 30 minutes from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. September buses run: Every 30 minutes from 5:15 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Every 15 minutes from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Every 30 minutes from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Junior Ranger Program Way Cool for Kids Program: Way Cool for Kids Program: Children from ages 7 - 11 are welcome to join the Junior Ranger program in the graet outdoors of the Grand Canyon. They have to be accompinied by an adult! Meet in front of Park Headquarters (Parking Lot A). Time: 9:00 amPlace: DailyPark Headquarters Discovery Pack: Discovery Pack: Kids form ages 9-14 have the chance to also view the graet outdoors of the Grand Canyon. They will have the chance to become Junior Rangers and earn a badge after their mission! Place: Widforss Trailhead

The average high temperatures are going from the 60s (16-21°C). Low temperatures will typically fall below freezing on the Rim, but still remain in the warm 50s and 60s (10-21°C) along the river. It will keep a maintained temperature.

Visitors Center Information (South Rim) Canyon View Information Plaza Canyon View Information Plaza Visit the Grand Canyon South Rim and learn more of the culture that lies behind the South Rim. It is only accessible by free shuttle bus, a one-mile walk or bicycle ride from Market Plaza on the Greenway Trail, or a short walk from Mather Point. The Visitor Center is open everyday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The bookstore will also be open from 8:00am to 6:00 pm.

Visitors Center Information (North Rim) The North Rim Visitor Center The North Rim Visitor Center The North Rim Visitor center is located next to the Parking Lot on Bright Angel Peninsula, by the Grand Canyon Lodge. The North Rim Visitor Center has information about the center, maps and the historical brochures and exhibits. North Rim will be closed by the fall time.
