Captains of Industry or Robber Barons? Use the sources that were handed out to find out information on the Four Businessmen. You should fill in: The companies they owned The industry they were involved in Positive information you find Negative information you find Whether you think the man is a Robber Baron or Captain of Industry (y/n)

Sherman Antitrust Act, 1890 A majority of industry was controlled by a small group of businessmen (think Rockefeller, Morgan, etc.) This law was created to break-up trusts and monopolies. Read about the Sherman Antitrust Act and answer the questions.
