5 Labor costs 40% (taken from pre-opening staff plan) Sales and marketing efforts 40% (advertising and promotion, contracts, public relations, and travelling to see clients) Miscellaneous 20% (office space before moving, utilities, recruitment and selection costs, licenses etc) Pre-Opening Budget:
