19 Gas Nominations and Burn 5 different groups need access to the same information with different variables Spreadsheets were emailed, data was copied and pasted, some manual input, phone calls occurred when unclear Groups had a disconnect. They saw the same data in different ways so even phone calls were confusing

23 Solution and Benefits Use PI Datalink with VBA code to put the data in PI and then extract it into other spreadsheets Saved over 5 hours a week of manual entry and copy/paste Decreased errors and provided information quicker Reduced email and phone traffic Allowed groups to understand the same data with different variables
