Objectives of Project Orientation Ensures that people moving onto new projects and/or accounts are set up for success in their new role. Project Orientation form provides a checklist of important activities that should be covered in the process as well as a record of key issues to be managed between the individual and his/her new project manager/KAD. Project Orientation should take place as soon as an individual is assigned, or as soon as possible thereafter to avoid compromising the individual, the project, MAC and the client.

Feedback Regular feedback will enable the consultant and his/her project manager/KAD to: Continuous assessment and feedback is essential, and a mechanism to achieve this must be agreed with the consultant.
