Things we have done … Ate a Krispy Kreme Donut, then had to create a 30 minute session in order to burn off the donut we had just eaten In order to burn off a Krispy Kreme Donut it takes roughly 30 minutes of a high intense exercise. After 30 minutes of intense exercise was it worth eating the donut?
