Project Two Phase Project Phase I – Time Boxed of Four Months KS Curriculum Management – Course Proposal Phase II will be adjusted based on the outcomes of Phase I

Expected Outcomes Velocity Measure – Preparation for Phase II Identify additional components that don’t have a good migration path from GWT to KRAD (pop ups and type aheads) Based on priorities, the new KRAD view of what was able to be completed within the four month time box will be demonstrated. More expertise gained by all parties involved
