B ACKGROUND INFORMATION Learning is movement that has different stages and the process of acquiring new knowledge. Both the behaviorist’s view and the cognitive psychologist’s view of learning have memory in common. The difference between behaviorist’s view and the cognitive psychologist’s view of is that behavior teachers is just going to do the lecture he or she wont give help. However, cognitive psychologist’s view is that teachers is going to teach you everything by going step by step. Behaviorist’s view effects today is learning because there are teachers who just lectures an hours but do not give students nothing else. On the other hand, cognitive psychologist’s view there are many teachers who are out there today and help his or her students so much. For instance, they go step by step by explaining depth the things students do not understand.

B EHAVIORIST ' S VIEW OF LEARNING Behaviorism learning is a development of remembering things. According to behaviorist's view, the environment plays role learning and learning is a set of change in human behavior. Mainly, target of such learning strategist are recollection tasks and recall. The teacher, or computer, is the lecture and sources of knowledge. ( Maloy, 2013). p. 49).

COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGIST ' S VIEW OF LEARNING Cognitive is learning affected by no observable and internal constructs. Examples are memory, motivation, perception, attention, and metacognitive skills. Learning strategies are active learning, transfer of learning and comprehension. The teacher is the coach, facilitator, and partner. ( Maloy, 2013). p. 49).
