CSS the middle bit Second phase of supervision Follows Citizenship 3 way hand over Supervision transfers to CSS OM remains overall responsible officer Goal driven plan of supervision Forward looking Uses partners and volunteers

The final destination - GALLANT Staff led Achieved the volume with integrity and effectiveness Developed a life of its own Early indications are there is a really positive impact

What is GALLANT? GALLANT name de-labels One stop shop style model with partners for immediate access Off site in community cafe type premises Overseen by 2 CSS staff Majority of interactions are with volunteers and partners Welcoming e.g. laptops, tea/coffee, papers

What is different? Not a reporting centre Not a day centre Focus on problem solving and moving on Evaluate the model

Next Steps Development of social action 3 strands:- 1.Peer mentors 2.Voluntary work sourced and managed by voluntary development agencies 3.Voluntary work sourced and managed by the Trust
