About the Course: Grading 65% Tests/Quizzes Chapter Tests Quizzes mid-chapter 5% Free Response Questions (FRQ’s) Released Items from past AP Calculus tests Will start after chapter 2 15% Online Maintenance Quizzes Through WebAssign Assessments on topics covered earlier in the year 15% Homework and Participation HW assigned 4-5 times/week Drives instruction

About the Course: Retake Policy Generally, students may retake ONE unit test per marking period Reasonable exceptions will be considered Illness, injury, family matter, etc. Students must demonstrate that they are now better prepared for the retake After school help is available Digital Office Hours

About the Instructor Teaching in Penn Delco since 1998 Yes, longer than many of the students have been alive… Started at Northley Middle School in 1998 Transferred to Sun Valley in 2004 Taught every course from Pre-Algebra through Calculus Graduated West Chester University in 1998 Post-Graduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University Married to Ms. Malaczewski (AP Psychology) Three sons: Joey (12), Luke (8), Nicky (5)
