2. Administrative Services – June 2010 1 Introduction This document provides information for staff who want to “login" via SIS as a student in order to view their online registration screens and assist them during the registration process. You may also view their online credit statement.

3. Administrative Services – June 2010 2 Accessing Student Web Registration – staff view Log into SIS via the Administrative Services tab in UCD Connect Click on the Faculty Services tab Select Student Web Registration

4. Administrative Services – June 2010 3 Accessing Student Web Registration Once you click on View Student Web Registration you will be brought to a login screen. Enter the ID of the student that you wish to view registration details for and click on Login AS.

5. Administrative Services – June 2010 4 Accessing Student Web Registration Click on the Module Registration tab (light blue tab) at the top of the page.

6. Administrative Services – June 2010 5 Student Web Registration Use the tabs at the top of the page (Core/Options, Main Labs/Tut etc,) to view the student’s module registration details.

7. Administrative Services – June 2010 6 Module registration details You will see the Core Modules that the student must do. You will also see the Option Modules available to the student and what they have chosen (Status column). Any Elective Modules that have been selected will also be visible when you click on the Electives tab.

8. Administrative Services – June 2010 7 View the timetable Click on the View Calendar button on the right hand side of the page to view the student’s timetable for the academic year.

9. Administrative Services – June 2010 8 Accessing the Online Credit Statement Click on the View Credit Statement link on the right hand-side of the page to view the student’s module credit details. View Credit Statement

10. Administrative Services – June 2010 9 Accessing the Online Credit Statement The student’s module credit details will be displayed by stage (e.g. Stage 1) and term (e.g. 200900). This page can be printed out by clicking on Print in the top right- hand corner.
