2. Reminding You Of Last Year’s Contribution Do you remember how your school helped us last year? The money that we combined was used to buy orphans and other poor children pajamas. The money did help those unfortunate children, since they now have something to wear when going to sleep. I would like to thank you again for last year!

3. What We Would Like To Do This Year Again This year, P.S.119 is asking your school again this year if you can join together your money from the popcorn sales with our money from the Nacho and Cheese Cafe. The money will again be used to donate money for more pajamas.

4. About The Nacho and Cheese Cafe The Nacho and Cheese Café will be for $5.00, and it will help raise money for the orphans and the other poor children. The money will be sent to orphanages. A single pajama costs $5.00. So that means we will also be able to raise enough money because we are very tenacious and will surely try to raise enough money.

5. About The Pajama Drive Did you know that: a woman named Genevieve Piturro started the pajama drive to help change the lives of many orphans. She started the pajama drive. With that, now almost no orphan at an orphanage will have to come back from school and go to sleep with the clothes on that they wear during the day. Now they will have clean pajamas to wear. The pajamas will keep them warm during cold nights if they don’t have a blanket to keep them warm. How good does that sound? Of course, they will be comfy, since who would want to go to sleep with scratchy and annoying feeling pajamas on?

6. Scholastic’s Deal Did you know that the Scholastic book company made a deal with us that they would donate one book for every one pajama that we donate to the orphanages. This is a very good thing. If they don’t have any television, the books will come in great use. That is because the books will give them a better imagination. It will also entertain them. Even if a boy or girl does not know how to read or write, the pictures in the book will give it an idea of what is going on.

7. The Fabric The fabric is a flame retardant fabric that can not get on fire that easily. If the house that they are in gets on fire, the children will be able to escape without getting their pajamas burned. This will help the pajamas last longer.

8. Once Again Once again, we are begging for you people to help us donate money to the needy by joining your money from the popcorn sales with us. We are not the one that really desperately need that money. The children that extremely are desperate for the pajamas are the orphans and poor children. So we would like to combine all of our money with yours and donate it to them.
