2 LONG TERM GOAL To harness the literary and creative potential of each student and bring it up to the demands and standards of the 21 st century.

3 SHORT TERM GOALS Improving creativity by developing the habit of reading and reviewing books. Increasing the frequency of library visits. Initiating class discussions based on the lesson. Encouraging each student to share his views and understanding of the topic.

4 INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS I will play a narration of a topic in class and try to improve the students’ comprehension skills. I will ask the students to conduct presentations, poem recitals and perform plays so they can get a better understanding of the topic. I will ask students to perform research work based on authors and the theme of each topic to increase their vocabulary and grasp on the topic.

DISINTERESTED STUDENTS CAN BE ENCOURAGED TO BRING FORWARD THEIR PERCEPTION ON THE EXECUTION OF A TOPIC. INCONFIDENT STUDENTS CAN BE ASSIGNED NARRATION OF REPORTS AND ARTICLES AND INTRODUCED TO PUBLIC SPEAKING.
