3. What and When Is It? This is a CHARITY EVENT. We will raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network through: PLEDGES!  How do I collect them? 1.Go to people (friends, family, neighbors, etc.) 2.Have them pledge per hour (i.e., $1 per hour gets you $24 for 24 hours) OR Have them give you a flat donation BE SURE TO MENTION THAT THIS IS FOR CHARITY. 3.Come to the Lock-In, and write down your number of hours you spent awake at the event 4.Go back afterwards and collect your money 5.Bring it to myself or Travis Cook, and we’ll give it to the Children’s Hospital inDenver!

4. What You Need At The Door 1.Pledge Sheet 2.Permission Slip - Review with parents - Even if you are of legal age (18+), you STILL NEED a parent’s signature to attend.

5. DA RULEZ 1.You must follow ALL SCHOOL RULES. 2.You must follow ALL LAWS. - We will have chaperones and security 3.You may bring in games, systems, controller, sleeping bags, beanbags, game chairs, food, drink, etc. - HOWEVER, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. 4.No gamer will be allowed to leave, unless: - You are going home, and you must be picked up by a parent if you need to leave between the hours of 9 PM and 6 AM.

6. Your Tasks!!!! 1.Collect Pledges, and set a GOAL! 2.Take an extra sheet, and give it to a friend who: - is an RHS student - who you think would be interested
