17 May 2007 Networked Insurance Agents Copyright 2007 Safeco Homeowners   Highlights   Now available on NLinkPL   Most competitive Renters Policy rates in the state   Rates are very competitive in the Houston area   Eligibility and Rules   Appointed for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Coastal Plans   Tier 1 consists of the following counties: Aransas, Brazoria, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Galveston, Jefferson, Kenedy, Kleberg, Matagorda, Nueces, Refugio, San Patricio, Willacy and that portion of Harris County located inside the city limits and east of Highway 146 in LaPorte, Morgan’s Point, Pasadena, Seabrook and Shore Acres.   Tier 2 consists of the following counties: Bee, Brooks, Fort Bend, Goliad, Hardin, Hidalgo, Jackson, Jim Wells, Liberty, Live Oak, Orange, Victoria and Wharton.   Due to the high probability of catastrophic loss in the event of a hurricane or tropical storm, risks located in the following areas are unacceptable as new business:   All offshore islands   Any risk located within five miles of the coastline, intercoastal waterway or inland bays   All water claims must be approved by the company prior to binding and may require proof of remediation.   Deductibles   Offering deductible options from $500 to $10,000 for All Other Perils, Windstorm or Hail deductible options from 1%-5%. NOTE: A minimum 2 % windstorm or hail deductible is required for dwellings with wood roofs located outside of coastal tier 1. Dwellings located within coastal tier 1 must have the perils of windstorm or hail excluded.

Please do not send applications for pre-approval.   Within 24 hours you will receive an acknowledgement letter

21 May 2007 Networked Insurance Agents Copyright 2007 How do I bind a Personal Lines Account Continued….   Once the underwriter reviews the account you will then receive one of the following within 24 hours.   A Confirmation of Coverage if the submission is complete and the risk qualifies. **Please note coverage is not bound until you receive a confirmation of coverage from Networked.   An Additional Information Memo if the submission is incomplete. **Please note Networked will not bind coverage until all information is received and the effective date will be determined once submission is complete   A Declination Letter if the risk is unacceptable. **Please note another carrier will be offered if one is available

We have implemented the following for your convenience:   Fax in a complete submission noting on the cover page that this is an escrow close. If you have scanning capabilities you can email the submission directly to the underwriter to help expedite the procedure.   Once faxed, contact the underwriter who will be handling the account to let them know you have sent in an escrow close and give the clients name.   The underwriter will work that account first and contact you immediately to advise if an EOI can be issued or if additional information is needed. **Please note Networked does not require signatures to bind coverage for escrow closes**
