Why study history? It teaches you how and why the world came to be as it is today. History asks ‘how did things get to be this way.’ History deals with big issues e.g. racism, power, war, politics, discrimination & terrorism It is very INTERESTING!! To develop the TRANSFERABLE SKILLS employers want I study history because I am interested in the future
