Present perfect 現在完成式 have/ has + past participle 過去分詞 use it when you want to say ‘something has happened’, often it’s used to provide 提供 a new piece of information. e.g.1 Ow! I’ve cut my finger. e.g. 2 the road is closed. There has been an accident 事故.
