11 MTSS (Formerly RtI) Dear Parents, Your child’s success is important to us at Wolf’s Crossing. My goal is to ensure effective learning so that your child will have a positive learning experience this year. Every child is unique. Every child learns and behaves differently. Different children need different academic and behavior strategies and interventions for success. In order to meet the needs of all of my students, our building has implemented tiers of support. In this tier, classroom teachers use strategies and materials for students who may need a little extra support. During this time, I will be frequently monitoring your child’s progress to ensure that interventions are being successful. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I am happy to assist in your child’s learning and look forward to great success. Sincerely, Joy Varney
