Microsoft Office Applications File sizes don’t often exceed a few megabytes except for large documents or presentations that include pictures and databases using complex queries and formulae click the mouse or press the space bar to continue

Picture or Image files their file size depends on the resolution of the image, which can range from a few hundred kilobytes to several megabytes click the mouse or press the space bar to continue

Music and Video file sizes can vary, depending on which program has been used to create them. Generally a Music file in.mp3 format can be about 3 – 5 megabytes while a video file can range from several megabytes for a short video clip to more than 4 Gigabytes for a full length feature film click the mouse or press the space bar to continue

Backing Up Data Creating a back up is an essential job of saving and storing data on an external storage device, outside of your computer hard disk, to safeguard against viruses, computer crashes etc.. click the mouse or press the space bar to continue

How do I create a back up? The easiest way to back up data is to copy the files you want to back up and save them to a removable storage device such as a CD/DVD, USB Flash drive or Tape. click the mouse or press the space bar to continue
