6 Our Offshore JV Team The JV Board includes 4 senior partners from Deloitte Consulting and 3 executives from Mastek JV CEO – Raj Joshi The JV will provide IT services to Deloitte Consulting and to DC’s clients globally The JV will be located in Mumbai and will use infrastructure and support services from Mastek The JV will leverage complementary capabilities of Deloitte Consulting and Mastek
