Protecting life, environment and property… 3 Menues in the Display Task line Opens a window for a overview and control of disablements and detector groups Opens a window for system messages The AutroMaster 5000 main window. Usually maximized. Opens a window for system faults and active alarms from AutroSafe or BS-100 fire-alarm systems.

Protecting life, environment and property… 5 Presentation Window The most important function in the system Covers most of the screen The navigation display is to the right of the main display buttons leading to other displays buttons accessing other functions, such as activating information levels

Protecting life, environment and property… 7 4 Ways to Navigate B.Place the pointer in the main display and hold down the middle mouse button while moving the mouse (allows you to navigate in the visible part of the display)

Protecting life, environment and property… 10 Navigating Between Displays To change display, choose one of the buttons to the right of the main display or choose a particular area in the display

Protecting life, environment and property… 11 Choose a Detector or a Point Choose a detector with the pointer and click the left mouse button This function gives you extra information on the chosen detector/point Other symbols can be chosen if they are defined in the graphics

Protecting life, environment and property… 12 Choose a Detector or a Point Point menu All the configured points have a point menu You can access the point menu by: –choosing the point pressing the left and middle mouse button simultaneously, or –using the menu to the left in the display

Protecting life, environment and property… 13 Alarm Situation – One Alarm When one alarm is triggered, the alarm is automatically displayed, followed by an alarm window and a sound signal

Protecting life, environment and property… 14 Alarm Situation – Several Alarms If several alarms are triggered, you can access the alarm list in the lower right corner to see in what order the alarms occured The display is changed from alarm 1 to alarm 2

Protecting life, environment and property… 15 Disables/Enables Detectors/Points 1.Choose a detector and press the left and middle mouse button simultaneously 2.In the point menu, choose ”disable/enable” 3.Choose for how long you want the point disabled 4.Press “Confirm” to confirm 1 2 4 3

Protecting life, environment and property… 16 AutroMaster 5000: Main Menu Gives access to many functions. Press the main menu button, and choose the desired function. Reset screen – resets the screen to standard screening Network topology BS-100 – gives a visual overview over the connected BS-100 system Object list – As text, lists all the detectors and active units in the system Detector group manager – allows the user to group detectors/points. This makes it easy to disable several detectors/points at once

Protecting life, environment and property… 17 AutroMaster 5000: Main Menu System history – shows history of all prior occurrences in the system Report generator Printouts – of window or screen Maintenance – includes functions such as configuring, back-up etc. Manuals –includes user- and configuration manual Shut Down – allows the user to shut down the computer in a correct way

Protecting life, environment and property… 18 Detector Groups Detectors can be linked so that an entire group can be disabled at once Security level 2 is demanded to be able to handle detector groups A detector group can also consist of other loop units, e.g. sounders
