2 ITU-T 2 23-25 May 2003 Workshop on Standardization in E-health WHAT IS JAHIS? JAHIS (Japanese Association of Healthcare Information Systems Industry) was established in April 1994. Currently it has 309 member companies, including major electric appliances companies such as Panasonic, NEC, Fujitsu. JAHIS plays an essential role in the field of information system in health, medical care and welfare services.

JAHIIS promotes the concept of medical information systems, specifically focusing the development of electronically processing medical images, medical records and receipts. 2. JAHIS develops various standards, which link the health, medical care and welfare services.

It uses Trebuchet Font, Point size 22 o that gives about 6 to 9 months for scheduling its release, researching the background, reviewing the text, consulting authors about review, etc The second column is the same. o It uses Trebuchet Font, Point size 22 o One has to be careful and check on the tool bar that the size point is maintained at 22 as Power Point adjust font size automatically according to the quantity of text
