Fitnessgram Grades 7 – 12 Pre-Test (Fall) Post-Test (Spring) Spring Test is also part of the semester 2 final exam Grade 12 Certified seniors have the option to take the semester 1 and semester 2 final exams depending on GPA in class

Senior Certification Class Average 85 or above Passing 2 nd /4 th Quarter No Disciplinary Contracts (per semester) If you are excused by a Doctor from the fitness testing you must take the final exam Must fulfill attendance policy (per semester)

Excuses Parental Students are allowed two parental excuses for the whole yearStudents are allowed two parental excuses for the whole year Medical Short Term – two classes or less (in class) Long Term – more than two classes (contract) **Can have Dr. write a note with student limitations/conditions**

MEDICALDISCIPLINARY CONTRACTS Blue Form: from physician for limited activity Written Work Assigned to Study Hall/Library Responsible for class handouts and unit tests Assigned to Study Hall Responsible for all class material and written test Must complete written assignments Double the work of medical contract
