CRFSupport@unfccc.int l Bug and Feature Tracking System - monitor developments, track possible future improvements/ features l Development of patches (software or dataset related) will deliver as necessary will deliver as necessary l Detailed technical support to trouble-shoot issue at the Party side (assess Party-specific datasets as necessary)

3 User Support Informal technical meetings/discussions arranged for interested Parties: - First informal technical meeting, 22 February 2004 - Second informal technical meeting, 31 May 2005 …. discussions feedback into ongoing development …. discussions feedback into ongoing development Will provide technical support with version 2 post-deployment - ensure ease of use & full reporting in 2006 by all Annex I Parties Improving process organization as well … more streamlined submission process: For 2006 considering data repository approach in conjunction with dedicated email communication process …. avoid past difficulties with tracking of communications, file size limitations, confirmation process, etc.
