Joint initiative of two Networks of Excellence: EDIT and MarBEF Funded by the European Commission (May 2008 – April 2011) Led by the University of Amsterdam Partnership of 40 institutions in 26 countries with the aim to define and coordinate strategies to enhance the quality and reliability of European biodiversity information
