It has a mandate to disseminate improved agricultural technologies to 222894 farm families of the state. The new extension approach is participatory. 2012 Extension support indicators

In Sept 2012, Extension Research Persons assessed Extension Agents. The outcome is Extension inputs-raincoat, rainboot, bays tapes were given to them. All Extension Staff Trained by ARMTI and ICT training is on-going for some selected EAs.
