3 Life Outside of School Judged as having a poor work ethic Not getting adequate nutrition Not physically active Many have stressed High percentage of parents did not graduate – Depressed/Unsupportive parents Health insurance problems

4 Inside of School Usually have trouble making decisions 50% score below the basic level Academic difficulties – Do not feel a purpose to work hard Behavior problems Understand there are limits – Do not strive for the best in school
