A Few Things to Remember No Late work will be accepted after Tuesday, January 20. We Will review for the test on January 21 and take the test on January 22. If you will be absent that day you must schedule a make- up time. There will be NO MAKE- UPS after January 22.

Renting an Apartment Generally, your housing costs shouldn’t be any more than one-fourth of your monthly take home pay.monthly take home pay

The Lease- This is a legal contract and it is very important to look at it closely. You CAN be kicked out for violating your lease. When can you move in/must you move out? When is the rent due? Can the rent increase? Is there a late fee for rent? What is the security deposit? For what reasons can it be not returned What utilities are included? What are the average costs? Are pets/children ok? Any rules about guests and disturbing others? Can I make changes? Are there rules about parking? Other?
