20. Create Animated Gifs Many image editing programs can create animated gifs. Examples: Adobe PhotoShop and Gimp Steps: –Insert an image. –Copy it to a different layer and change the image or its position. –Repeat the layers until you are satisfied. –Save the file as an animated gif.
