4 Multi-segment bookings Select the Multi-segment button. What’s Cool

5 Fill in your search parameters as normal. Check the appropriate boxes if a car or hotel is needed. After filling departure trip information, provide the next leg flight detail. Check the appropriate boxes if a car or hotel is needed. What’s Cool

6 If the trip requires another flight segment to be added, click on ‘Add segment’. Otherwise, scroll down and click ‘Search’.

7 What’s Cool You can also add all your hotel reservations after booking your flights. Click on ‘Add to your Itinerary’.

8 What’s Cool Click on ‘Hotel’. Repeat this for as many hotels that are needed.

9 What’s Cool Off-airport Car Bookings Users can book cars in Concur to be picked up or dropped off at Airport or Off-Airport locations. To search for an Off-Airport pick-up location, select the ‘Off-Airport’ button and click ‘Search’.

10 What’s Cool Concur will display a page to provide search radius and method of search. This example is for a search within 15 miles of Atlanta, GA city center. Click Search to submit search.

11 What’s Cool 46 off-airport locations are found within 15 miles of Atlanta city center. Use the preference filter to locate desired vendors.

12 What’s Cool In this example there are 5 ‘Most Preferred’ locations within the 15 mile radius. To select a location, click ‘Choose this car location’.

13 What’s Cool Concur returns to the home page and populates the Off-Airport pick-up location with the Avis location address on Pharr Rd. If you need to return the car to another Location, select the ‘Return car to another location’ box. To return the car to the same location, click on ‘Search’.

14 What’s Cool Select to return the car to the Airport or use the same process to return it to a different off-airport location than the pick-up location.

15 What’s Cool The search radius has been increased to 25 miles. Provide the search method information and click ‘Search’.

16 What’s Cool The Downtown Atlanta on Courtland St. will be selected for the return location. Select ‘Choose this car location’.

17 What’s Cool Concur has populated the return location address. Select ‘More Search Options’ for a more specific search.

18 What’s Cool Refine your search by making selections from these options. When your ready….click ‘Search’.

19 What’s Cool Click ‘more info’ for pick-up location information.

20 What’s Cool Concur will display the address, phone number and ‘Opening Hours’ of the location. Of special note: your car pick- up or drop-off time could be outside the location’s operating hours. Please make a note of this when reviewing these details!

21 What’s Cool The Avis car has been booked with the correct off airport pick-up and drop-off location.

22 What’s Cool Please note that the checkbox for booking a car directly after flights are booked is for airport pick-up AND drop-off only. If you are booking air and your car reservation will involve off-airport pick-up or drop-off locations then search for your car after your flights are booked. Do not use this checkbox.

23 What’s Cool After your flights are booked, add your car to your itinerary by selecting the Car link.

24 What’s Cool You can pick-up the car at the airport or off-airport location. If you are returning the car to another location, check this box. Next provide either the other airport or off-airport location. The search is very similar to a ‘car only’ off-airport booking.

25 What’s Cool Southwest Direct Connect reservations are ticketless transactions. Similar to etickets, they are paperless. Carriers issuing etickets typically have ticketing agreements with other carriers, i.e., issuing Delta and American on the same eticket. A Southwest ticketless transaction only contains Southwest flights. If you need to make a reservation involving Southwest and other carriers then you will have multiple ticket transactions. This may result in multiple transaction fees. Consider this when making any multiple carrier reservation. 26 What’s New Southwest/AirTran Merger In the September release, the AirTran Direct Connect will be disabled. Beginning 9/12, please book AirTran flights as Southwest. You will be able to see these flights displayed as Southwest (operated by FL).

27 What’s New Please note, on 11/1/2014, you will no longer see ‘Operated by FL’. All former AirTran flights will display as Southwest!

28 What’s New As noted on the AirTran website, flights booked for travel after 11/2/2014 must be booked via Southwest.com. When you use Concur’s Southwest Direct Connect you are booking them on Southwest.com which integrates your company policy rules into your reservation!

29 What’s New Concur New User Experience! (New UX) Concur is releasing a new user interface to make booking travel a much easier and simplified task. Your travel manager and Travel Incorporated account manager will coordinate the appropriate release date for your company. This could be anytime between Oct 20 and end of first quarter 2015. Travel Managers may request individuals, groups or the entire site to switched to the New UX. Look for details to come from Travel Incorporated to assist you and your users to make a smooth transition! How about a ‘Sneak Peak’?

30 Click on ‘Profile’ in the upper right corner. Click in the ‘Administer for another user’ field, type the name and click ‘Apply’.

31 Home Page User is now able to ‘Administer for LaPenna, Donna, S’. You’re ready to start booking her trip!

32 Home Page Click here to book for a Guest

33 Home Page Example: Air Only Reservation Scroll down to finish search parameters and click ‘Search’.

34 Fare Results Page Please note the ‘Change Flight Search’ and other filters are on the left side of the screen! Use the matrix and sort feature to review options.

35 After your flights are booked, the ‘Travel Details’ page displays.

36 Click on ‘Add to your Itinerary’ if you need to add a car, hotel or limo reservation. Click ‘Next’ to continue.

37 The ‘Trip Booking Information’ page.

38 The ‘Trip Confirmation’ page.

39 Review your booking. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Purchase Ticket’.

40 You have completed your booking when you reach the ‘Finished!’ page.

41 Clicking on ‘Profile’ in the upper right corner to display the ‘Sign Out’ option.

42 What’s On The Roadmap AirTran Direct Connect disabled by 9/12/2014. Concur New User Experience. Release date to be coordinated by your travel manager and Travel Incorporated Oct 20 through end of first quarter 2015. Southwest/AirTran merger complete by 11/1/2014.
