A Complete Transportation Opportunity Partnering with KAT TRANSIT SERVICES (KAT) TROLLEY SERVICE THE “T” SERVICE KAT FIXED ROUTE SERVICE SPECIAL EVENT SERVICE Transit service is provided through a contract with Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) and is subsidized by Parking and Transit Services. Parking and Transit Services represents the University on the Knoxville Transit Authority, the policy board. Campus routes are available to the public
